Only a handful of clients ever make it past the first message. I prefer longer bookings, never the quick in-and-out thing. One hour minimum, deposit to lock the date. Quiet dinner, then back to mine or yours. I lead, but I like someone who still knows how to hold a conversation. GFE is my default. Everything else is a conversation, not a checklist.
